Delete specific data
1. Privacy Policy
EcoHealth collects limited personal, health, and location data to
provide core app features such as environmental risk insights,
hydration tracking, symptom logging, medication reminders, and profile
personalization.
2. Data We Collect
- Account data: name and email address

Health-related entries: symptoms, hydration logs, medication logs,
preferences

Location data: approximate and precise location (when permission is
granted)
- Technical data: basic diagnostics and app activity logs
3. How We Use Data
- To provide and improve app functionality
- To personalize health and climate recommendations
- To send optional notifications and reminders
- To maintain account and security integrity
4. Data Sharing
EcoHealth does not sell personal data. Data may be processed by
service providers strictly to operate the app (for example, hosting
and push notification services).
5. Data Retention and Deletion
Data is retained while your account is active or as needed for app
operation and legal requirements. You can delete your account at any
time from the profile screen, which removes your account and linked
health records.
5A. Request Account Deletion
You can request account deletion in either of these ways:

In-app method: Open EcoHealth > Profile > Delete Account > Confirm.

Support method: Email support.ecohealth@gmail.com with subject
"Delete My EcoHealth Account" from your registered email address.
What is deleted after account deletion request is processed:
- Account profile (name, email, account credentials)

Health records (symptom logs, hydration logs, medication records)
- Stored push notification tokens and app-linked profile data
Data that may be retained for limited time:

Server logs and security records may be retained for up to 30 days
for fraud prevention, abuse prevention, and legal compliance.
5B. Request Specific Data Deletion (Without Deleting Account)
EcoHealth also supports requests to delete selected data while keeping
your account active.

In-app method: remove selected records from relevant screens such as
medication and symptom tracking.

Support method: Email support.ecohealth@gmail.com with subject
"Delete My EcoHealth Data" and list the data you want removed.
Example data you can request to delete: symptom entries, hydration
history, medication logs, and notification preferences.
6. Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, including encrypted
transmission where supported. No method of storage or transfer is
fully secure.
7. Medical Disclaimer
EcoHealth provides informational support only and is not a medical
device. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, or emergency
services.
8. Terms & Conditions
- You must provide accurate account information.
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality.
- You agree not to misuse or disrupt the service.

The app is provided "as is" without warranties; use is at your own
discretion.

We may update features and policies, and continued use indicates
acceptance of updates.
